“My Full Balance Breakfast”
Breakfast does the body good. It’s the most important meal of the day.
Specially if it’s a balance breakfast. I have my glass of orange juice.
A bowl of Special K Cereal top off with pieces of Bananas and mix nuts.
I also have a plate of pieces of wheat loaf with butter. I notice that
this balance meal made me feel good and gave me energy. Not to heavy,
The meal just felt right and easy to digest. Then after the meal I had
a cup of water and I also took a multi mans Vitamin. I’m good to go,
Starting out this beautiful day.
